Due to the nature of many of our items, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order.
For local pickup items such as eggs, baked goods, and seasonal farm products, refunds are generally not offered once the order has been fulfilled or picked up.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery so we can work to resolve the issue.
Custom and personalized items, including custom decals or special-order products, are non-refundable once production has begun.
